# render-clouds-without-atmosphere

> Talos next · Since 0.6

`sky.clouds` is set on a sky whose `kind` is not `"atmosphere"` (no `sky` means the default procedural one): clouds are drawn only over the HD renderer's atmosphere sky, so nothing draws them. Fix: set `"kind": "atmosphere"`, or remove `clouds`. Warning: see SEVERITY.
